Since opening in 2018, Undercote has established itself as an inventive cocktail bar where we have focused on creating a fun environment where guests can escape into an urban jungle. It is an ultimate embodiment of a very serious cocktail bar that does not take itself too seriously.
We do not accept reservations, but seat completed parties on a first come, first serve basis.

What is Undercote?
Undercote is proprietor Simon Kim's subterranean cocktail bar and lounge beneath Michelin-starred COTE. Combining dark, plant-filled interiors with ambient beats, Undercote has the feel of a moonlit jungle oasis in the middle of the city, offering guest a bespoke cocktail experience from principal bartender Sondre Kasin.
What are your hours of operation?
Undercote is open on a first come, first served basis Monday-Saturday from 5:00 PM to late. Last call is 1:00 AM Monday-Wednesday, and 2:00 AM Thursday-Saturday. Undercote is closed on Sundays. Follow us on Instagram @undercote for updates!
Do you accept reservations?
We do not accept reservations and take walk-ins on a first come, first served basis! We seat only completed parties.
What is your maximum party size?
Undercote is an intimate space! Our largest table seats 6. If you are interested in booking a large group at Undercote please contact events@cotenyc.com.
